David Anthony will present a session at the 2021 Law Conference for Tennessee Practitioners, presented by M. Lee Smith Publishers. This two-day conference will be fully online this year.

David will lead a session titled “Ethical Considerations in Real Estate Practice,” which will review common ethical traps facing lawyers in commercial and consumer real estate transactions and litigation, including practical tips in handling these situations.

The entire program offers 12 general CLE hours, plus 3 hours of dual / ethics hours. Other topics will include sessions on Tennessee Prompt Pay Act and Construction Liens, Commercial Leasing & Tennant Bankruptcy, and Conservatorships in a Post-Pandemic World.
